Association of Tour Operators (ATOR) was established in 2007. ATOR members provide more than 70% of the outbound tourist flow and more than 60% of inbound tourist flow as well as about 50% of the domestic tourism. In 2009 ATOR became an affiliated member of UNWTO.

Russian Hotel Association (RGA) - a non-profit organization for hotel enterprises and other collective accommodation facilities, as well as producers for their goods and services. It is founded in 1997. RGA - this co-operation, aimed at promoting of the domestic hotel industry, expanding and improving the quality of hotel services and promotion to the domestic and foreign markets. RGA - is the establishment and maintenance of internal corporate relations to expand business and professional contacts, to protect the Russian hotel business.
